Support : Content not found?

There are multiple possible explanations for not finding the content you expected on this site.

  • If you followed a link from another web site or search engine, it is possible that the content once existed but no longer does. The most likely case is that the link you followed is very old (Capsi has changed a lot since 1996).
  • It is however also possible for content that was recently still available: users of this site have the ability to delete their as journal entries or pictures as they see fit.
  • It's also possible that the content actually exists, but has been moved to a slightly different location. For example, this can happen when corrections are being made to the spelling of city, venue and artist names.
  • It is also possible that someone made a typo.

If you followed a link from within the Capsi web site itself, there is little we can do to resolve when the link you followed is part of a user profile or comment.

If however you followed a link from elsewhere within the Capsi web site itself, then it looks like we simply made an unfortunate mistake which needs to be corrected. In this case, please contact us or use the ticket tracker to notify us of the problem. Even though we log all failed requests, your input will help us resolve things much faster.
