Capsi is currently available in (British) English, and partially translated Dutch and German versions also exist.
Support for other languages is being worked on, but it's a complicated task due to the number of dynamically generated phrases and content on this site. Multi-language support remains a low-priority feature at the time being and primary efforts to add regional support currently focuses on providing local spellings for city and country names.
Eventually other languages will follow.
